Arrive's story starts in 2014, when Nutrabolt life Sciences, a leading distributor of health supplements, needed to make a change with how their products were shipped worldwide. Like many high-volume shippers, Nutrabolt's needs were not being met by logistics brokers so the founders approached industry experts Matt Pyatt and Eric Dunigan with an idea, a brokerage for shippers by shippers. Arrive was Born.

Arrive has been focused on one thing since its founding: raising the standard of what it means to be a broker. Shippers and carriers too often have come to settle for less when it comes to their supply chain partners. Our carriers receive an unprecedented amount of financial and technological support, allowing us to provide our shipping partners with exceptional service and capacity. Our team members are trained to see the world through the eyes of our customers. We are not simply in the logistics business, we are invested in your business -- and focused on using our talent and technology to help it grow.

We are very proud of what we have accomplished since 2014. What was once a 10-person team in a small office in Austin TX is now more than 150 colleagues working out of Austin and Chicago. Generating $30 million in truckload sales during our first year in business validated our theory that shippers want more out of their supply chain partners. Generating over $60 million in truckload sales in 2016 only continued to drive that point home for us. We will not stop raising the standard. As a result of our commitment to service, we are projected to double in size again in 2017.


Doss Cunningham and Manish Patel have grown Nutrabolt into one of the leading nutritional life science companies in the world. Now, Arrive is poised to launch and leverage its experience in efforts to optimize freight solutions for companies that are dealing with the same issues that Nutrabolt has faced over the past 15 years.

Doss Cunningham


Doss Cunningham is an entrepreneur, senior executive, and investor with more than 10 years of executive management experience in consumer products. Mr. Cunningham is currently the Chairman and CEO of Nutrabolt Life Sciences, an industry leading nutraceutical business with annual sales exceeding $200 million and operations in over 40 countries. Mr. Cunningham is also an investor and principal in Green Leaf Capital Partners, a St. Louis based private investment fund focused on providing growth capital to middle market businesses. In 2013 Mr. Cunningham realized one of his long-term goals as an entrepreneur and co-founded Seed Sumo, a startup accelerator based in College Station, Texas. Seed Sumo provides early stage startup capital and mentorship to new consumer and technology ventures. This latest development has provided him with an opportunity to give back to the entrepreneur community, and is noted by Cunningham as the most rewarding thing he has done so far in his career. Mr. Cunningham received a B.A. in Accounting and later earned a Masters in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Manish Patel


The freight industry is antiquated, inconsistent, and completely fragmented. We formed Arrive out of pure frustration of dealing with brokers that always prioritized larger, or more profitable customers, over us. Arrive is built around a platform to execute for all customers in our network. Each layer in our organizational structure is held accountable against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) meant to protect our customer and carrier partners.

Transparency builds trust and this philosophy is deeply rooted into our core values of what we expect from each other and our vendor partners. Our ethos is to grow and intellectually stimulate young and seasoned talent into solution oriented thought leaders that can bring real strategic value, beyond the normal capabilities of a traditional freight broker. As a Carrier Sales Manager, I make sure that everyone involved with carrier sales stays focused and works relentlessly to provide service to our customers. We launched with ten team members and now we have two offices in Austin and Chicago with over 100. We are on a run rate to double that in 2016.
