Where did you go to school?
I went to school at Illinois State University and graduated this past May with a degree in Business Management. Go Redbirds!
How did you find Arrive?
I found this job while searching on LinkedIn and thought the company and position sounded really intriguing. I didn’t know anything about logistics, but I was excited to learn new things, no matter what career path I decided to take. Once I interviewed, I knew Arrive was the place I wanted to be. It is a young company that is growing fast and has ample opportunities for hard working people to grow with it.
What is your favorite thing about Arrive?
What I love about this job is the freedom and opportunities you get. You are able to build your own business by growing and managing your portfolio. There’s an enormous amount of opportunity with Arrive unlike some of the other bigger logistics companies. Arrive allows me to grow quickly with the unrivaled training and leadership provided by various managers and coworkers. With the substantial opportunity here at Arrive, if you work hard, you will find great success.
Have any advice for prospective arrive candidates?
Be willing to go after the things you want and take opportunities into your own hands. Becoming successful at this company or in any company, will stem off of your own hard work and determination.
