As a BD Success Manager at Arrive, you will assume a leadership role in a vertical that manages the highest volume shippers in our network. You will take ownership of the operational strategy for our largest customers and will collaborate with Arrive's leadership to ensure we are maximizing enterprise opportunities.

Essential Functions:

  • Help with oversight and management of the sales reps on the team including coaching, performance management and talent flow engagement.
  • Play an integral part in the team’s forecast process and help drive accountability to those numbers.
  • Support the day to day operations of the team including quoting and selling to new and current clients.
  • Assist with pipeline and RFP strategy for the team.
  • Support the Business Development Manager and Business Development Reps to manage the team load board. This includes appointment, shipment, tracking and pricing management.
  • Collaborate with Senior Managers to drive on best practices and efficiency improvement for the Business Development Team.
  • Assist with aging to limit invoicing issues and manage DSOs.
  • Utilize the new customer on-boarding SOP to facilitate an efficient and accurate on-boarding process that gives Arrive a competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Success Team for maximum production.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development on training initiatives.
  • Support and implement service initiatives.

Education and/or Experience:

  • An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
  • 3+ years of previous experience in Operations or Account Management at a 3PL.
  • Previous management experience; this role will eventually oversee a team of operations representatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced industry.
  • Robust experience pricing freight opportunities.
  • A proactive work ethic, with a bias for action.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other team members to achieve results.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite; you can conduct analysis and create presentations independently.
  • Able to travel up to 10% of the time.
