The Client Success Mexico team has been created with Arrive’s acquisition of Forager and a focus to grow our cross-border business with current and future clients. This team will be hyper focused on growth and scalability both this year and in the future.

Arrive Logistics is seeking hard-working, motivated individuals, who are bilingual (Spanish), and want the opportunity to advance in their careers.

What will you be responsible for?

  • Day to Day operations necessary to continue best in class service for Arrive’s Clients (i.e. Problem solving, Data Entry, Scheduling, Award
  • Management, Scorecard Management and more).
  • Serving as a point of contact for Arrive Clients operational needs.
  • Communication with Clients with proactive updates on business needs.
  • Clients cross-border requirements and customs paperwork.
  • Fumigation Certificates, Cara Portes, CTPAT/OEA processes, etc..)
  • Building and maintaining relationships within Arrive and our Clients.
  • Collaborating with Arrive’s sales team and Client Success Cross-border Team to ensure best in class service.
