We’re looking for candidates willing to go above and beyond to deliver the results, service and experience customers have come to expect from Arrive, so you’ll thrive in this position if you’re an experienced Carrier Sales Representative, with at least 1+ years of carrier sales experience and looking to hit the ground running.
What You’ll Do
- Operate within our proprietary software systems Arrive Now and Accelerate
- Prospect carriers through leads listed within our CRM or generate your own leads through individual research.
- Make outbound calls to connect with, and book loads with carriers based in Canada.
- Establish relationships for long term future business opportunities.
- Manage established relationships and grow new accounts.
- Maintain outstanding service performance and achieve service metrics set by Arrive management.
- Build strong internal relationships with Arrive’s Business Development team.
- Gain or grow expertise in Canadian capacity, markets, and rates.
- Carrier Sales or Brokering experience preferred.
- Bilingual – Full professional proficiency in English and French.
