As a Client Success Team Lead at Arrive, you will assume a leadership role in a vertical that manages the highest volume shippers in our network. You will take ownership of the operational strategy for our largest customers and will collaborate with Arrive’s leadership to ensure we are maximizing opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and develop a group of AC, AE, and SAE level employees within the Client Success Team.
- Oversee award management within the accounts under the managed reps
- Support the individual contributors on the team – including appointment, load board, and pricing
- Collaborate with the Client Success Manager, Senior Manager and the Director of Client Success to drive on best practices and efficiency improvement for the Client Success Team.
- Assist with aging to limit invoicing issues and past dues.
- Utilize the customer onboarding SOP to facilitate an efficient and accurate method to onboarding customers into the operations department.
- Collaborate with peers to promptly complete projects assigned by leadership.
- Support and implement service initiatives.
- An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study.
- 2 years of previous experience in Operations or Account Management at a 3PL.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other team members to achieve results.
- Proficient in Google suite.
