Who We Want

As an Open Deck Associate Manager, you will play a vital role in the development of Arrive’s Open Deck mode as we transition from a start-up mode to a major player in the 3PL space. From day one, you will leverage your industry knowledge and high energy to develop new sales reps, build relationships with BD and CS, and strategically grow our Open Deck capacity.

What You’ll Do

  • Become an expert in Arrive’s business model, our competitive advantages, and our proprietary software. 
  • Work with the Sales Manager to set expectations for the team and ensure each rep is meeting/exceeding their metrics/goals through coaching and incentives.
  • Partner with Sales Manager on leading and driving performance for Coverage and Carrier Sales Reps
  • Proactive communication to customer reps about coverage, market updates, and daily issues
  • Strengthen rep’s knowledge of the market and assist with pricing/negotiation as needed.
  • Day-to-day support of team ensuring loads are posted, tracked, and overseeing exemptions & invoices
  • Work with a team of reps to strategically develop their relationships with existing and prospective carriers.
  • Bring energy, intensity, and a win-the-day attitude to the sales floor!


  • 3+ years of 3PL experience with a focus on Carrier Sales.
  • Demonstrated market awareness and ability to price TL shipments accordingly. 
  • Proven ability to contribute to a dynamic, high-energy sales team.
  • A dynamic leader with a bold presence and contagious attitude!
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with management and peers alike.
  • Previous management/mentorship experience preferred; this role will oversee reps
  • Desire to develop the next generation of freight brokers!
