It has been a little over 12 years since Eric and I started Arrive. At the time we knew very little about running a large company but we did know a few things like how to sell, identify talent, train new sales people, have fun and obsess over our customer and carrier relationships which ultimately has paid off immensely.
We are incredibly fortunate to have investors who have given us the green light to make investments that often appeared aggressive. We always had the conviction to double down. We have been relentless and confident in our ability to build Arrive faster than any other company in the industry before us. Those around me know I am all in on organic growth and never wanting to concede and buy revenue. I like to build everything our way, with the people I trust, in the model I know. And for some reason, having great people, real alignment, and a shared obsession with being the best — things seem to work out.
The last 12 years have been an unforgettable journey. We have grown from just an idea to the 4th largest truckload broker in North America. Along the way I met thousands of incredible people. There are far too many people to call out individually who contributed to Arrives story— but they know who they are and the role they played in getting us here today. Eric and I will be forever grateful for you all.
The next chapter of Arrive is officially underway and I could not be more excited to bring in Mubadala Capital as our majority investor (Mubadala Capital is the alternative asset management arm of Mubadala Investment Company). This decision allows our existing shareholders to realize some of the success from the first twelve years while giving us the ability to double down on our future yet again. What is amazing and humbling is our existing investor group is all in and rolling significant capital into this chapter due to their continued belief in our future.
We enter this chapter wiser than ever before, with a mature and experienced team from top to bottom. We have earned more service awards in the last three years than any other broker by over 2X. Those awards come from shippers who trust us with their freight every day. To all of our partners, thank you for pushing us, betting on us and growing with us. You all shaped our story and you will certainly contribute to what comes next as we invest in what you all need from Arrive to be a better partner. The best part about the future is we know we can do so much better. We are obsessed with chasing perfection. We will never achieve it but will pursue it relentlessly every single day. It is called the Relentless Pursuit of Perfection. For us, it is our operating model that makes us who we are.
Business as usual. Same team. Same Mission. We are committed to building the largest and most reliable truckload network in North America. For those less familiar with the industry, transportation breaks into truckload, less-than-truckload, air, ocean, rail, and other categories. Our primary business is truckload and we will more than double that business from where we are today (8,000+ loads per day) which will put us at or near the top of the leaderboard.
The path forward starts with accelerating our investments in our team as well as creating new service offerings which allow us to support our customers in new ways. Additionally, we will expand our Universal Trailer Pool, relaunch the ARRIVEFRESH division, and build an outside sales team dedicated to the SMB market which is a largely untouched opportunity for us today. We will also continue to build the industry’s best technology platform for connectivity, service, and productivity, while driving our cost structure to one of the lowest in the industry. We are committed to removing unnecessary costs for our customers and enabling our carriers to drive better utilization through Arrive’s dense network, ultimately increasing their profitability and success.
But we have the team, we have the trust in one another and a new investor group who believes in our story and will support us well into the future. I could not be more excited for every Arrive stakeholder — our employees, customers, carriers, and investors. We are just getting started and the team is ready to grind. Heads down. Let the results do the talking.

Fraud Prevention
Freight fraud continues to impact our industry. We encourage shippers and carriers to reach out to Arrive immediately if there is ever a shipment in question that may be subject to fraud (including fictitious actors and websites). Arrive will not ask you to pay upfront for any dedicated lane or committed capacity program. If the offer you are receiving sounds too good to be true or unrealistic, it may be fraud. Arrive Logistics recommends verifying all communications come from our registered email domain is @arrivelogistics.com and notes that access via VPN or Proxy is prohibited on Arrive systems. Our 24/7 phone number is 888-861-0650 and our leadership team can also be reached at feedback@arrivelogistics.
