Arrive has helped me tremendously from the transition into the real world from college. I learned so many skills from communicating with real-life professionals to just advice on life from managers and teammates who have been out of college for so long.

While the transition from college life to the professional world may seem scary or intimidating, Arrive made my transition smooth by equipping me with the skillsets and knowledge needed to succeed in a carrier role. The infectious office energy, combined with the support I received from managers, peers, and mentors helped me to easily adjust and excel in carrier capacity. I can confidently say that I made the right choice by joining the Arrive team!

Arrive has shown me that the workforce can be welcoming and fun. It is a comfortable environment that allows you to be yourself. The training is thorough and creates a huge learning opportunity about the industry, not just a job. Arrive has made me excited to get up and go to work in the morning!

I had various jobs while in college, but Arrive was the best decision for my first job out of college. My expertise in customer service has grown while working with larger clients, my creative problem-solving skills are used every day, and I have learned that the supply chain industry is very rewarding to be a part of. There is always someone to learn from on the floor and my confidence with customers is miles from what it was when I first “Arrived” here. On top of the skills, the amount of positivity on the floor in such a chaotic but important industry to the world keeps me going strong even with any challenges that arise day to day.

Fraud Prevention
Freight fraud continues to impact our industry. We encourage shippers and carriers to reach out to Arrive immediately if there is ever a shipment in question that may be subject to fraud (including fictitious actors and websites). Arrive will not ask you to pay upfront for any dedicated lane or committed capacity program. If the offer you are receiving sounds too good to be true or unrealistic, it may be fraud. Arrive Logistics recommends verifying all communications come from our registered email domain is @arrivelogistics.com and notes that access via VPN or Proxy is prohibited on Arrive systems. Our 24/7 phone number is 888-861-0650 and our leadership team can also be reached at feedback@arrivelogistics.
