Where did you go to school?
I attended DePaul University where I majored in public relations and advertising with a minor in hospitality.
How did you first hear about Arrive?
When I was graduating college I started searching for sales jobs on sites like LinkedIn and Indeed. I began filling out applications and then naturally that moved to interviews. I interviewed at a few places but honestly they all felt like warm-ups for my interview at Arrive. Once I interviewed at Arrive and saw the people and culture, I knew it was the place I wanted to be.
What keeps you here?
I love the energy and culture here. I love the competitiveness. And I love that what you put in is what you get out. This job is what you make it out to be. If you put in the work, you find success at Arrive. I’m driven by that energy and the potential to succeed that you have here.
Have any advice for soon to be college grads?
My advice to soon-to-be college grads is to be calm, confident and to trust the process. Don’t feel like you have to settle for a job that you’re not passionate about. When I interviewed at other companies, I didn’t leave excited. When I interviewed at Arrive, I left excited and knowing that I would love to work here!
