Austin, Texas (November 13, 2022)Arrive Logistics, a leading multimodal transportation and technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas, has been named one of the “Top Companies for Women to Work For in Transportation” by the Women in Trucking (WIT) Association.

The award was created in 2018 to support WIT’s mission: to promote the accomplishments of companies that are focused on the employment of women in the trucking industry. The characteristics that distinguish the companies recognized include corporate cultures that foster gender diversity; competitive compensation and benefits; flexible hours and work requirements; professional development opportunities; and career advancement opportunities.

Arrive is proud to offer numerous professional development opportunities and access to mentorship groups throughout one’s career journey. The company also encourages an inclusive work environment offering various diversity, equity and inclusion focused resources in addition to its six employee resource groups (ERGs), which includes its Arrive Women in Logistics ERG. Currently, its Arrive Women in Logistics ERG has more than 240 members and is spearheaded by team members in its Austin and Chicago offices.

Other initiatives available to employees include, paid-time off, flexible work schedules, paid parental leave, short-term disability coverage at no cost, health and dependent care FSAs, affordable health insurance, which includes telehealth visits and a dedicated nurseline, and onsite amenities. With a focus on employee wellness, Arrive has partnered with the Calm App, ClassPass, Rally and Sanvello, to ensure employees have the resources they need to further support their mental and physical wellbeing. Arrive’s Employee Assistance Program provides access to local childcare, family resources, confidential counseling services, legal support, financial resources, and more.

“This award means a lot to our team,” said J-Ann Tio, Chief Strategy Officer at Arrive Logistics. “As one of the fastest-growing freight brokerages in an industry not historically known for high employment of women, we strive to provide attractive employment and growth opportunities for all of our current and future talent.”

Arrive is positioned to hire 3,000 employees through 2025 and open additional U.S. offices by 2024, which is why the company is steadfast in its commitment to create opportunities for its team members to succeed in and out of the office. By offering numerous professional development programs designed to help employees thrive, Arrive’s extensive training programs, career growth opportunities, employee resource groups and more, are a testament to its culture.
