What brought you to Arrive?

I first found Arrive through Penn State’s career network. Using the information available I was able to research Arrive quite thoroughly. Immediately, I loved the company culture I came across on their website and ultimately decided to apply for a position. After receiving a call from recruiters and passing two rounds of phone interviews, I was on a flight to Arrive’s HQ in Austin, Texas. During my onsite interview, I knew that I had to work at Arrive, from the people to the available positions, it was the perfect fit for me.

What is your favorite thing about arrive’s bold culture?

I love the “go big or go home” attitude that Arrive embodies. Every single day we are pushing to be bigger and better than before, both as an individual and as a whole. The opportunity provided to us on a daily basis is endless. The unique culture coupled with the fast-paced, high-intensity logistics industry leads to a job that’s exciting every day.

Any words of wisdom for prospective arrive candidates?

Do not just settle for the first job offer you receive. I highly encourage you to try and find the job that fits who you are as an individual. This will help you come into the office every single day and work hard with the desire to be better than the day before.
