Where did you go to school?
I graduated from Illinois State University in December 2018 with a degree in professional sales.
How did you first hear about Arrive?
I first heard about Arrive through Jordan Pasco, who works in recruiting here. We were best friends throughout college and were in the same business organizations at Illinois State. When it was time for me to look for a job after graduation she highly recommended Arrive.
What keeps you here?
The fast pace and people that I work with are what keep me here. This job can be a grind but everyone I work with makes it so much more enjoyable. I also feel like my brain is always active here; I never find myself feeling bored.
Have any advice for soon to be college grads?
Make sure to still enjoy college while you’re there and keep an open mind when you’re looking for jobs after graduation. I originally didn’t think I would be interested in this industry. However, after visiting many different companies and keeping my mind open, I was able to fall in love with Arrive.
