Where did you go to school?
I attended Louisiana State University where I studied business with a minor in entrepreneurship.
How did you first hear about Arrive?
At the end of my junior year I reached out to people I knew to ask about any internship opportunities. Patrick Fell responded saying Arrive was hiring interns for the first time and that he would put in a good word for me. I ended up getting the job and interned through the summer of 2018. After graduating that winter I returned to work at Arrive full-time.
What keeps you here?
What keeps me here is the easy-going environment and the people. You really feel like the people here want what’s best for you. This job can be a grind but it’s helpful knowing that the people around you care so much and are willing to help you reach your goals.
Have any advice for soon to be college grads?
Don’t limit your options to a single industry. I knew about this industry before starting here but had never considered working for it. I’m glad that I branched out and kept an open mind. Otherwise I would have missed out on this incredible opportunity.
