Where did you go to school?
I went to Texas State University in San Marcos and graduated in 2018 with a degree in marketing that had a sales concentration.
How did you first hear about Arrive?
Arrive reached out to me on LinkedIn and got the process started. One of my friends had just started working here so I got in touch with him for advice and to see how he was liking the job. He told me that he was loving it, so I decided to go for it and I’m loving it too!
What keeps you here?
The energy and the people are a big part of why I like my job so much. Having great coworkers and mentors makes it easy to come to work each day. My manager, everyone on my team and the other co-workers I interact with are incredible. I think the people are what make this such a great workplace.
Have any advice for soon to be college grads?
Find a work environment where you’ll be happy. For me, a relaxed environment is what I like and that’s how it is at Arrive. It’s relaxed but intense at the same time so there’s a nice balance. My advice is that It’s all about finding the right fit for you; the right environment, the right industry, the right people and the right company!
