With more than 25 years of experience leading people strategy at hypergrowth technology companies, Schoonmaker will focus on scaling the business with a people-first lens
Arrive Logistics has announced the appointment of Jonathan Schoonmaker as Chief People Officer (CPO). Schoonmaker will lend his extensive experience leading people strategy at large, technology-focused companies to help scale the business with a people-first lens, sustaining Arrive’s strong company culture as the organization continues its rapid growth.

Schoonmaker has successfully led multiple global organizations through periods of hypergrowth and transition for more than 25 years. Schoonmaker’s previously held roles include Senior Vice President of Human Resources at HP and Vice President of Human Resources at VMware, among others. Most recently, Schoonmaker served as Chief People Officer, Real Estate and Facilities, at FinancialForce and as Chief People Officer at Luxembourg-based Talkwalker.
At Arrive, Schoonmaker will focus on cultivating people strategy to drive business and employee performance, enabling Arrive employees at all tenure levels further opportunity to develop in their careers.
