AUSTIN, Texas, November 15, 2021 – Arrive Logistics, a multimodal transportation and technology company providing strategic solutions for both shippers and carriers, today announced that the company has been named a Top Workplace 2021 by both The Austin American-Statesman and The Chicago Tribune. Based on anonymous employee feedback, the annual lists recognize companies that have built a culture where employees feel engaged, appreciated and fulfilled.

Headquartered in Austin with an office in Chicago, Arrive is one of the fastest-growing freight brokerages in the nation, surpassing $1 billion in revenue this fall. In September, Arrive announced a 38,000-SF expansion in Austin within the MetCenter, a 550-acre, business park located just outside downtown. Additionally, Arrive recently expanded the Chicago office on South Wacker Drive, occupying another floor and adding 30,000-SF. To accommodate this continued growth, Arrive plans to hire more than 1,000 people over the next 12 months across roles at all levels of the organization.

“Arrive’s company culture is driven by customer obsession and that includes our shippers, our carriers, and our people,” said J-Ann Tio, chief strategy officer at Arrive. “Our success is a direct product of our team’s commitment and we look forward to expanding our investments to support our people and add more jobs to the Austin and Chicago markets in the future.”

Arrive’s people are its greatest asset, which is why employee investments are made through development of best-in-class technology, extensive trainings, mentorship programs and a collaborative culture that sets them up for success. As the company continues to rapidly grow, employees are consistently presented with new opportunities to develop and lead in every department. Embracing a people-first approach, employees are provided with the competitive earning potential and an exhaustive list of benefits.

In addition to the regional Top Workplaces honors, Arrive has also been recognized as a Top Workplace for Professional Development 2021. This national culture excellence award recognizes organizations that place a special focus on developing their employees’ careers and enabling their people to grow professionally.
