AUSTIN, Texas, September 27, 2024—Supply & Demand Chain Executive has named Arrive Logistics’ Director of Training and Development, Lauren Mach, a winner of its 2024 Woman of the Supply Chain Award.
The Women in Supply Chain Award honors female supply chain leaders and executives whose accomplishments, mentorship and career paths have empowered women at all levels to find success within their organization. Mach was selected for the Rising Star category, which recognizes young or newer professionals (39 and under) whose achievements, hard work and vision have shaped the supply chain network.
“Lauren has been instrumental in developing and leading Arrive’s Sales Mentorship Program and the Sales Training Program,” said Will Diaz, Arrive’s Vice President of Business Development. “These programs provide valuable, hands-on experience for sales representatives, help foster personal connections and a sense of belonging within the organization, and equip new hires with the knowledge, skills and tools necessary to excel, regardless of their previous experience.”
