Austin, Texas (January 20, 2023) Arrive Logistics, a leading multimodal transportation and technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas, has been selected as a 2023 Campus Forward Award winner by RippleMatch, a college recruiting platform that utilizes artificial intelligence to match students with employment opportunities and provide employers with a diverse pool of candidates. Arrive is committed to hiring early-career talent. Its Campus Recruitment team partners with 30 universities nationwide to connect with potential employees as students determine their first career path decision while completing their studies. The company’s recruitment strategy includes summer internships at its Austin, Texas, Tampa, Fla. and Chicago offices, which host more than 55 college students in total. Interns who join the Arrive team receive hands-on training to become experts on the logistics industry while gaining invaluable business development and sales experience. 93% of Arrive interns are offered full-time employment upon graduation.

As an extension to its internship program, Arrive also offers select individuals part-time roles as ambassadors for the company during the academic year. Ambassadors represent the company and assist the Talent Acquisition team with networking and on-campus career fairs.

Arrive continues to expand rapidly and has added three new office locations in 2022, including San Antonio, Tampa, and Guadalajara, Mexico. As part of its strategic growth, the company plans to hire 3,000 employees by 2025 and open additional offices in the United States in 2023, including Columbus and Phoenix.
