Day-of Agenda

  • 4:45 PM: Meet at Gate C on Lansdowne St to retrieve VIP lanyards. Please note: lanyards are required for the entire event, so please plan to meet the group on time for retrieval
  • 5:00 PM: Private pregame reception atop the famous Green Monster during batting practice
  • 5:30 PM: Behind-the-scenes VIP tour of Fenway Park
  • 6:15 PM: Arrive at VIP tables on the Sam Adams Roof Deck with dedicated wait service and staff during the game
  • 7:10 PM: First pitch

Food/Drink Accommodations: 

  • All-inclusive food and beverage with dedicated table service

Will transportation be provided?

Transportation to and from the park will not be provided, but there are several parking garages in the vicinity of the park. If you requested a parking pass in your RSVP, you will be contacted directly.

Event Coordinator McKenzie Fisher will check everyone in together at 5PM. No further action is needed other than arriving promptly at 4:45PM to Gate C on Lansdowne St. See above for map.

We recommend comfortable, casual attire, and feel free to wear your favorite Red Sox gear! Since part of the day will be outdoors, be sure to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

Any bag smaller than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ is allowed. Any bag larger than 12″ x 12″ x 6″ must be clear. Backpacks are not allowed – clear or opaque. Please see the Red Sox security page for any questions or further clarification.

He joined Arrive in 2018, bringing over 14 years of logistics and brokerage experience, with expertise in project and change management, organizational design, talent development and customer satisfaction. Scott previously held many diverse roles of increasing responsibility with AFN, a Chicago-based freight brokerage.

Eric Dunigan,
President & Co-Founder

Eric Dunigan is the President of Arrive Logistics. He began his career at Command Transportation before co-founding Arrive with Matt Pyatt in 2014. As president, he is responsible for driving revenue and growth, as well as leading the Strategic Partnerships team — a veteran group of supply chain experts who work with Arrive’s customers to reimagine their shipping strategy.

Chad Eichelberger is the President of Reliance Partners.
