Step One – Resume Review 
  • One of our Talent Acquisition team members will review your application, including your education, work experience, and involvement.
  • You will receive an email notifying you of our decision within 2 weeks of your application submission.
Step Two — Your 30-minute phone call will include:
  • Introduction and resume review
  • Why YOU are interested in Arrive Logistics
  • Behavioral interview questions 
  • Q&A with your Sales Recruiter to answer any questions you may have about the role or Arrive.

You will receive an email notifying you of our decision within 2 weeks of your phone interview.

Step Three – Your on-site interview will start with a 30-minute job shadow with an Arrive Sales Rep. You will:
  • Meet an Arrive employee who works in the role you are interviewing for
  • Observe them as they work through their day-to-day
  • Ask questions and learn first-hand what it’s like to work at Arrive
Step Four – The final step is a 45-minute one-on-one interview with a Sales Manager. You will:
  • Share your experience during the job shadow
  • Answer questions related to your background, abilities, and alignment with the company’s values
  • Discuss your past experiences in greater detail using specific examples
  • Showcase your enthusiasm for the position and your genuine interest in Arrive Logistics
  • Q&A with the Sales Manager to answer any remaining questions you may have about the role or Arrive.

You will receive either an email or phone call notifying you of our final decision within 2 weeks of your on-site interview!

Summer Sales Internships

Spend your summer with Arrive Logistics! As a Sales Intern, you will receive thorough training, one-on-one mentorship and hands-on experience in the exciting logistics industry. You will also build lasting relationships through philanthropic and social events!

Check back in Fall 2023 to apply for a
Summer 2024 internship!

  • Cert of Insurance: $100k cargo, $1M Auto, & $1M commercial general liability coverage

  • Safety Rating of at least Satisfactory (or None)
