Arrival & Access

What time should I arrive and where do I go when I arrive?

It depends on what you’re attending!

  • If you’re joining us for the VIP tour and the game, please arrive at the Gallagher Way Gate at Wrigley Field at 9:15 AM. The tour will start promptly at 9:30 AM.
  • If you’re attending the game only, you’re welcome to join us in our private space at 1044 W Waveland starting at 12:30 PM. The game officially begins at 1:20 PM.

You do not need a ticket or pass to access our VIP tour or pre-game happy hour at Murphy’s. All guest names are provided to the 1044 W Waveland facility ahead of time. All guests will be required to show their photo ID upon entry to the 1044 W Waveland building. Each guest will receive a lanyard credential after showing your ID for entry.

  • For the VIP Tour: All guests must be at the Gallagher Way Gate by 9:25 AM. The tour begins promptly at 9:30 AM, and late entry will not be permitted.
  • For the Pre-Game Happy Hour at Murphy’s: Our reserved space, The South Bar on the 2nd floor of Murphy’s, opens at 11:00 AM. Murphy’s is located at 3655 N Sheffield Ave, Chicago, IL 60613.
  • For the 1044 W Waveland Private Space: Our Field Level private space on the 2nd floor of 1044 W Waveland opens at 12:30 PM. Guests must present a photo ID for entry and will receive a lanyard credential.

Preparation & Policies

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable, casual attire, and feel free to wear your favorite Cubs gear! Since part of the day will be outdoors, be sure to check the weather forecast and dress accordingly.

Wrigley Field has strict bag policies. Backpacks (including clear backpacks), hard-sided coolers, and bags larger than 16 x 16 x 8 inches are NOT permitted. Other smaller bags like purses, fanny packs, and soft-sided coolers are allowed, but are subject to inspection.

Yes, Wrigley Field is a cashless venue. All purchases (concessions or merchandise) require a credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, or mobile wallet. Reverse ATMs are available inside the ballpark to convert cash to a card if needed.

We strongly encourage the use of public transportation such as ridesharing or the CTA Red Line to Addison station. However, there are several parking lots within close proximity of Wrigley Field through SpotHero.

The VIP tour will be taking place rain or shine! Please plan accordingly. The actual game delays or postponements are at the discretion of MLB. Any changes to our programming will be provided to you directly by the Arrive team.

What's included in the VIP tour?

The VIP tour offers an exclusive, behind-the-scenes experience through the Friendly Confines. This consists of the Seating Bowl, Bleachers, Upper Deck, and the Field.
