After learning more about Arrive Logistics these past few weeks, it is clear that Arrive is more than just your average 3PL brokerage. What can you expect in the externship program?
Arrive offers opportunities for prospective employees, people who are interested in logistics and people who aren’t sure what they want to do next. Arrive has expanded recruitment by creating programs such as the 2020-2021 externship program. In this program, students from all over the country shadowed and participated in daily operations of sales reps. The carrier sales side of business includes managing freight, negotiating terms and prices and building carrier relationships. The business development side includes networking, training and bringing opportunities to the sales floor. This externship is very interactive and all students are given relevant information to help you succeed if you choose to start a career in the logistics industry.
