  • Maintain a late bounce score of less than 3% each month.
  • Ensure all in-transit loads have updated notes by 10 AM every morning.
  • Confirm all next-day pickups by 2:30 PM CST and rebook any loads that are not confirmed.
  • Ensure service expectations are relayed to the carrier at the time of booking and only book loads when the carrier agrees they can accommodate those expectations.
  • Obtain timely updates within 15 minutes upon request for carriers, customers, and coworkers.
  • Ensure all carrier information in ArriveNow is accurate for every load.
  • Confirm all loads cross before document expiration and that they cross the border in a timely manner to make on-time delivery.
  • Learn how to use Arrive technology resources, including the NextGen Tracking Board, internal comments, Slack tracking channels, and email communication.
  • Hold carriers accountable for Arrive’s service metrics, including OTP, OTD, Autotrack, and Late Bounce.

  • Team players who are curious, ask questions, and are solutions-oriented will thrive.
  • A strong work ethic is essential. If you don’t enjoy working hard and pushing through your day, this might not be a good match.
