Our Response to Coronavirus
At Arrive Logistics, we are a people-first company, and our top priority is the health of our employees, partners and community. We would like to provide some insight on the precautions we are taking to safeguard the health of our employees and ensure our ability to provide best-in-class service to our partners.
Our Approach
We are closely monitoring the outbreak as it relates to the health and well-being of our staff, their families, our partners and the impact on the global supply chain. We follow the guidelines available from leading global and local health authorities to protect our employees while minimizing disruption to our operations. To do this, we have established a cross-functional COVID-19 response team. Arrive has designated Chief People Officer Chelsea Woodhead to lead the response team and collaborate with leaders from every function to advise and execute our internal response plan. We are prepared to carry out our response plan as needed, in part or in full, and anticipate no disruptions in operations or service levels throughout this situation.
In addition to the COVID-19 response team, we have taken the following actions:
Arrive is committed to supporting our partners to enforce any increased safety measures implemented at shipping facilities by educating any new policies to our carrier base. If you have any new policies we should know about or specific questions regarding your service, please inform your designated Arrive representative.
