Jonathan Schoonmaker is a technology company veteran, with more than 25 years of experience leading people strategy at hypergrowth companies. 

Schoonmaker joined the Arrive team in October of 2022 with a focus on cultivating people strategy to drive business and employee performance. Jonathan is highly skilled in human resources and people operations functions. His proven ability to help organizations thrive as they scale continues to be an asset for Arrive’s strategic expansion goals.     

Schoonmaker previously held roles including Senior Vice President of Human Resources at HP and Vice President of Human Resources at VMware, among others. Most recently, Schoonmaker served as Chief People Officer, Real Estate and Facilities, at FinancialForce and as Chief People Officer at Luxembourg-based Talkwalker.

Schoonmaker received his B.S. in Communications from Ohio University.
