Justin Frees is the Chief Capacity Officer (CCO) at Arrive Logistics.

Since joining Arrive in 2017, Frees has transformed the carrier department by expanding and improving Arrive’s network and strategy for engaging with these partners. Today, he is focused on growing carrier partnerships, developing top-tier talent to support them, and further innovating Arrive’s capacity strategy.

Prior to Arrive, Frees worked in carrier sales at Command Transportation for nearly 10 years. He earned his degree in business marketing from Miami University and currently lives in Austin, Texas.
