Richard Shields serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Arrive Logistics. He is responsible for the organization’s financial health and helping drive its next growth phase.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in high-growth companies, Shields, a four-time public CFO, joined Arrive Logistics from YETI, bringing with him international operations experience and a strong background in technology, manufacturing, branded consumer products, and multi-location retail.

Shields holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and is a certified public accountant. He currently resides in Austin, Texas.
