Jason Zwirkoski, Chief Revenue Officer; Kevin Troc, Vice President of Client Success; and Anthony Munari, Senior Client Success Manager, were recently recognized by the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), a Department of Defense program, for their advocacy and dedication to supporting Arrive employees who serve in the National Guard and as Reservists. The Patriot Award acknowledges supervisors who support the military service of their employees through flexible schedules, time off before and after deployment, caring for families, granting leaves of absence, and more.
These leaders were nominated by Arrive’s Salute Employee Resource Group (ERG) members, a group dedicated to connecting veterans through shared experiences and promoting the understanding of veterans’ capabilities within Arrive.
Jason Zwirkoski, Chief Revenue Officer:
“Jason’s high-level policies recognize the unique challenges of service men and women and prioritize their well-being and seamless integration into Arrive. His commitment to fostering a supportive environment and implementing policies that enable National Guard and reserve members to excel professionally and in their military roles demonstrate his exemplary leadership.”
Kevin Troc, Vice President of Client Success:
“Kevin takes a proactive approach to accommodate training schedules and deployments, recognizing the vital skills and discipline service men and women bring to the organization. His steadfast commitment to fostering an environment of inclusivity and appreciation makes him a strong leader who prioritizes the well-being and success of National Guard and Reservists in the workplace.”
Anthony Munari, Senior Client Success Manager:
“Anthony ensures that reservists under his leadership are granted the time and flexibility they need for training and deployments. His support extends beyond the workplace; he’s known for providing a strong network of support and resources, ensuring that reservists can fulfill their military duties without worrying about their civilian careers.”
A cornerstone of Arrive’s support for military members is the Salute Employee Resource Group (ERG), which provides a safe space for veterans and allies to bond, share insights, and host awareness events. Salute’s mission is demonstrated throughout the company through ceremonial flag raisings and other in-office engagement initiatives.
Arrive also participates in specific military hiring events at universities nationwide, allowing our team to offer transitioning military personnel, reservists, and veterans insight into the diverse career paths available at Arrive. By fostering relationships with educational institutions through these military-focused hiring events, we aim to help veterans bridge the gap between military service and fulfilling civilian careers, making the transition smoother and more accessible.
