Percentage of loads tracked from a visibility tool every 60 minutes or 60 miles thought out the journey.
Percentage of loads tracked with a minimum of
1 location change updated from a visibility tool.
The number of loads your company committed to that were subsequently returned to Arrive after 3 PM the day before pickup.
The number of loads your company committed to that were subsequently returned to Arrive 3 hours before pickup.
