Food/Drink Accommodations:

Event Agenda

  • 8:00am: Group meets at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale to depart for TPC Scottsdale
  • 8:30am: Group departs Grand Hyatt to TPC Scottsdale via van service
  • 9:00am: Group arrives to TPC Scottsdale
  • All Day: Food & drink available all-inclusive in the world-famous 16th Hole Skybox
  • 4:30pm: Group picked up from TPC Scottsdale and brought to Mastro’s Ocean Club for dinner 
    • Separate vehicle will be available to drive back to Grand Hyatt for anyone not attending dinner
  • 5:00pm: Optional Dinner reservation at Mastro’s Ocean Club

Expenses provided by Arrive include tickets, all food and drink, and transportation to/from TPC Scottsdale day-of the event.

What should I wear? - Please Read

General Attire: WMO recommends comfortable golf attire.

Green Out Day (Saturday): Saturday at the WM Open is Green Out Day. Waste Management will make a donation to their nonprofit (WM Open Working For Tomorrow) for every person wearing green.

Your Custom Polo: Unfortunately, due to inclement weather delays we will be sending your custom polo after the event. We appreciate your understanding.

Weather Note: As the event will be entirely outdoors, please check the weather forecast leading up to the event to ensure your comfort.

Tickets will be distributed in person upon arrival to TPC Scottsdale on Saturday, February 7th before check-in.

Being an all-day outdoor event, we recommend bringing a portable charger and sunscreen in addition to any other daily essentials. The onsite Arrive host will also be bringing backups of both. You can also view a list of prohibited items here.

Transportation to and from TPC Scottsdale will be provided via van service from the Grand Hyatt Scottsdale. Arrive will cover the cost of valet parking at the hotel or provide Lyft codes to/from the hotel if requested. If you need a Lyft code, please email mfisher@arrivelogistics.com as soon as possible.

To expedite entry, please adhere to the following strict bag policy:

  • Prohibited (Opaque Bags): No opaque bags larger than 6″ x 6″ x 6″ are permitted. This includes backpacks, carrying cases, camera bags, and chair bags.

  • Prohibited (Clear Bags): No clear, plastic, vinyl, or other carry items larger than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are permitted through the gates.

  • Permitted (General Rule): Small, clear bags or carry items equal to or smaller than 12″ x 6″ x 12″ are allowed. Small, opaque bags (like a clutch or wallet) equal to or smaller than 6″ x 6″ x 6″ are allowed.

Matt Pyatt, Chief Executive Officer

Matt Pyatt is the Chief Executive Officer of Arrive Logistics. He co-founded Arrive with President Eric Dunigan in 2014 after building his career at Command Transportation. As CEO, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial health, strategic vision and culture, as well as building a scalable leadership team to support Arrive’s growth.

We encourage shippers and carriers to reach out to Arrive immediately if there is ever a shipment in question that may be subject to fraud (including fictitious actors and websites). Arrive will not ask you to pay upfront for any dedicated lane or committed capacity program. If the offer you are receiving sounds too good to be true or unrealistic, it may be fraud. Arrive Logistics recommends verifying all communications come from our registered email domain is @arrivelogistics.com and notes that access via VPN or Proxy is prohibited on Arrive systems. Scott previously held many diverse roles of increasing responsibility with AFN, a Chicago-based freight brokerage.

Eric Dunigan is the President of Arrive Logistics. He began his career at Command Transportation before co-founding Arrive with Matt Pyatt in 2014. As president, he is responsible for driving revenue and growth, as well as leading the Strategic Partnerships team — a veteran group of supply chain experts who work with Arrive’s customers to reimagine their shipping strategy.
