This award recognizes influential individuals whose achievements, hard work and vision have shaped the global cold food supply chain
Austin, Texas (February 22, 2022) — Arrive Logistics, a leading multimodal transportation and technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas, is proud to announce that three of its team members have been selected as recipients of this year’s Rockstars of the Supply Chain award, presented by Food Logistics. This award recognizes logistics professionals whose impact has helped drive the success of their organization and its transportation partners in navigating the global cold food supply chain.
Among the recipients of the 2023 award are Arrive Account Development Manager, Grant Smith; Enterprise Partnership Manager, Kyle Costner; and Director of Temperature Controlled Solutions, Mitch Mazzaro, who has been honored for a second consecutive year.

In 2022, Mazzaro oversaw the Arrive’s temperature controlled program, a division launched in 2020 to help freight shippers transport perishables including produce, seafood, dairy, meat and more. Currently, he serves in a supervisor role on one of Arrive’s largest Enterprise accounts. Mazzaro played a pivotal role in helping Arrive earn recognition as a Top 3PL and Cold Storage Provider from Food Logistics and a Top Food Chain Provider from Food Chain Digest.
Account Development Manager, Grant Smith and Enterprise Partnership Manager, Kyle Costner focus on developing strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service to said clients, including one of the largest meat processors. Their teams leverage internal relationships and technology to provide stability and consistency to their clients’ reefer needs.
